Pappa ́Lab is an artisanal, seasonally inspired ice-cream brand. We develop and produce our ice creams recipes in our laboratory, using natural and fresh products without artificial colors os preservatives. Each flavor deserves special dedication and care. The quality of our ice creams is determined by the use of specific products from each season, namely fruits, as well the typical flavors of the holidays, for instance, at Christmas there is the French Toast Ice Cream, or the Abade de Priscos Pudding Ice Cream, at Easter there is the Sponge Cake Ice Cream with soft-boiled eggs, and Popcorn Ice Cream on Children ́s Day. These special flavors are also developed from de tradicional sweets typical of the Minho region of Portugal. They define our origins and our identity and bring a innovative concept to the world of ice cream parlors. We therefore want to innovate in flavors that satisfy the curiosity of our most bold customers, and for the more conservative clients we offer the classic flavors such as de 70% cocoa Chocolate Ice Cream from São Tomé and Principe or the simple but delicious Cream Ice Cream made with diary fresh cream. And among the most requested flavors, to the surprise of many, stand out the Salted Caramel Ice Cream and the Cream Cheese Ice Cream with Pumpkin. Our ice creams are served in cups or cones, in 3 sizes respectively. The price of each ice cream is determined by the size: small, medium or large. There is no limit to the number of flavors the customer can choose, which means that we sell our ice creams by the size, not by the scoop or flavor, which sets us apart from others. Finally, we offer our Chantilly (whipped cream), made hourly with fresh cream at our retail locations. This soft and fluffy whipped cream gives our products a special touch, in addition to contribute to the experience of those who enjoy our ice creams, water-based (Vegan options) or fresh milk, an unforgettable experience.
