We came up with the idea to create AndiAmo because we missed a typical Italian restaurant, the kind that reminds us of our nonnas (grandmothers) with their Bolognese sauce cooking for hours and perfuming the house, the joyful Sunday lunches with a packed table, everyone chattering at the same time, and that special homemade pasta prepared with such care because ''en la távola non si envecchia'' (at the table one never grows old).

When the opportunity arose, the project was inspired by the charming and picturesque Italian villages, with a few outdoor tables reminiscent of a garden, invariably with an olive tree close by, a restaurant with a welcoming and informal atmosphere, ideal for indulging in the typical dishes of this delectable cuisine, which has become so internationally esteemed.

Our chef always pays careful attention to selecting the best ingredients for preparing our pizzas, fresh pasta, sauces, and desserts, all house-made to the customer's satisfaction.
